Schedule a Complimentary Call

Let's Talk:

We will spend our planning session getting to know each other and discussing your wishes and desires for your vacation. During this call, we will decide whether we are a good fit to work together and if so, I will forward you my contract. Once you sign and pay my Research & Planning Fee, I will start working on your itinerary.

Itinerary Planning:

This is the fun part for me. I get to take your wishes and desires and plan the best vacation for you. The itinerary may include transportation, accomodations, tours, special events, etc... The sky is the limit depending on what you want. I will schedule another call to review the proposal together and then give you time to review it on your own.

Follow-Up Call:

Once you have reviewed the itinerary, we will speak again to tweak it and make adjustments as necessary. I want you to have the perfect vacation.

Deposit:

Once you have approved the itinerary, it will be time to make the deposi(s) to book the trip. I will get your credit card information in a secure site and will send you a paid receipt.

Count Down the Days:

Now it's time for you to start planning. I am here for you every step of the way and will be providing you additonal information that will be useful for your vacation. And, you can contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. The anticipation builds as you wait for the big day!

You're Off:

It's time to travel. You have all of your documents and necessary information and you are ready to go. I will keep in touch with you to be sure all is well during your trip. And you will have all of the necessary numbers in case you need anything while you are gone.

Memories to Last a Lifetime:

You're back home, safe and sound. You had a wonderful vacation and now it's time to unpack, do laundry and think about the great vacation you had. I will follow-up with you after you return to be sure that all went well and to hear about the trip.
